   Not necessarily from an employee standpoint, but I think in general from a consumer/customer standpoint, Menards is the better of the three. All retail sucks from what I gather from the employee standpoint. If Menards had the big, respected power tool brands, it'd be far superior to both Lowe's and Depot.
