Hello! I'm a new hire and I'm unsure how to log into the Kronos app? I'm confused on what it means by Server URL.
Most of us know how to find and download apps, but it’s whenever you go to login to the app that a lot of people get tripped up. For some weird reason, you’re approached with a server screen. It’s actually important because Kronos is actually used by several other companies (oddly enough my dads too!) and each has their own server.
It happened to me and I just changed password and it worked again. Iv had that problem on my phone, have never been in my Kronos since I started working at lowes. Changed passwords never helped. is anyone else not able to log on to kronos at your home computer at all? i can log on on the app, and i can log on with the work computers, but no….
STEPS FOR LOGGING INTO UKG APP. Go to the app and reset your password using the reset password link. It will send the reset password prompt to whatever email you have your workday account set up with. log in using the password you just set up, and then your employee number (ex.: user - 1010101 Password - abc123!)

Download the Kronos app. Log in as usual. I have no problems checking it from the browser on my laptop using chrome. in the address bar to the left there’s a puzzle piece icon that you click and it says “allow flash” or something like that and it refreshes and loads kronos. I use Microsoft Edge in Win 10.
Have your SHHR take you off leave. Your still on leave in the system and it’ll take 24hours for it to show. It’s because you’re still on leave. Best thing to do is call the store and talk to your TL or LL about schedules. Use chrome. You can get a link in the top left of the kronos login screen.
