So I know P&A offices are still uploading records slowly, but just want to figure out what’s missing. I have OERs, 3307’s, and DD-214’s currently in my iPERMS. What else should be in there? I’ve looked through the CGMHRR manual, COMDTINST 1080.10 (series), but it doesn’t actually list all the types of documents that should be included.
IPERMS we have very little control over. We “upload” the documents, but really we send it to someone else and they add it. Removing documents is either someone else doing it or a system issue. I’ve ended up with other peoples documents in my files and sent the notice and even that often doesn’t get done.
Has anyone run across an issue with iPerms where login with CAC works all seems to work fine and when you attempt to enter your records a pop-up shows up saying: Personnel Error: No Record Found No record found for UNKNOWN, or you do not have permissions to view this record.
Iperms is a DOD system adopted by the coast guard. Your local admin scans and uploads documents and it gets audited and added to your record by an office at HQ. DoD is not involved. The auditing office is undermanned and receives thousands of documents a day.
Soldier Access to iPERMS Soldiers can view their Army Military Human Resource Record (AHMRR) through iPERMS. Soldiers do not need to complete a DD Form 2875 to request access. Soldiers can proceed directly to the iPERMS website.
The issue I run into is having no promotion orders in iPerms after a bit over two weeks from that little SLC promotion email. I know the reserves moves slower but I believe having all of this come from a different brigade might have something to do with it.
Looking to upgrade my SEC to a TS for work. There will be some overlap in some of the data for a TS that was on my SEC.
There's a mandatory and secondary document list on HRC that explains what should be uploaded to IPERMS. Foreign awards has been the cert and GO approval letter which usually included a 4187. Annual records review was when I had both my award cert, 638's etc etc added along with any other training certs I accumulated throughout the year.

the over-head yeet measures the ability to just fucking send it. on the command, ‘get set’, assume the position by spinning the ball twice in your hands, then try to dribble it like a basket ball only to realize it wont bounce back up to you.
