Folks by Buc-ees are trying their best to not get that land on Pocket Road developed. I saw a lady there yesterday taking photos of the land and signage - so maybe another news article will come out soon. They have started working on the spec building behind McDonalds. That will be an Amazon Facility as mentioned.
I find this report very odd, especially if you claim to have had this experience in MULTIPLE Buc-ee's.
