I have not been able to login to my BT account or email since early afternoon today 23rd March. This also happened a few days ago.
Re: My BT login. Yes. I've had same issue on some occasions. If you click on 'My BT' top right of website page and get that login screen. Did you enter your full email address and then click on 'Next' -. It looks like 'Next' is still a purple colour - same as background of screen which usually means it has not been clicked.

Re: BT login AUTOFILL. As I said, the "new" email log on page is a different address from the old one so it needs to be re populated. BT Email Login. I am the primary BT Mail account holder. For years, I have used two secondary accounts for my voluntary work. Hi. For 2 days now when I log into BT.com I have a message in red saying Sorry we are unable to fetch the requested information. When I then go into Parental Controls to remove a few news websites I previously blocked all looks okay but when I try and go into these websites I am told they are still being blocked by BT.
That sounds like auto-fill by your browser; if so you'll need to amend it there if you want. You can click the thumbs up icon below this message if you think it was helpful. Solved: Have BT removed the option to "stay logged in" on the email login page ..? I keep having to log in which is annoying ..
Apparently I can block certain devices at certain times, by accessing the router. Which I can't do. Both desktop and laptop (Apple) fail to load the page when I type in 192.168.1.254. Please advise, and also on how to timeblock the devices once I'm there. Thank you.
