I've been facing an issue for quite a while where my Barclaycard credit card isn't showing up in the app. This is more of an issue now as I'd like to switch over to a different card, but based on chats with their support team, this is only possible via the app - which I'm unable to do because of this issue.

Is it possible to pay off a Barclay card before the statement is out? As a example, my card currently has a £0 balance, if I made a £300 purchase today, would I be able to login tomorrow and pay it off in full or would I have to wait for the statement to be generated?
Since 1st May to date I've spent over £2,000 on the existing Freedom Rewards Card and have lost out on 2,900 points which would have given me a £5 voucher and 1150 points to carry over. The Rewards Card .25% cashback does not start until the new card is used.

I have the Barclaycard forward credit card and had a few questions please. It has been activated. I can see my PIN in the app, but the card details aren’t showing. The site says card details should be visible. Can anyone with the Barclaycard Forward card confirm if they can see their card details in the app please?

Either card will save your money overseas (compared to normal cards), which is the best way to view it. I think Barclay offer a slightly better emergency service if you lose a card overseas and need cash quick. I use them in the UK to keep them live, and never had any threats to dropping the credit limit.
Just for the record, I do not think the OP closure was related to the Hilton card being closed to everyone as Barclaycard would have clearly communicated this and most probably offered an alternative card option (I have a Hilton card and whilst when it was an open card for everyone you could not product swap into it, now the app does offer the option to swap it to any of the other available ...
