As usual, it is a multifaceted problem. Systems built by "lowest bidder" (not necessarily most qualified). Long-term support may or may not be by the same individuals that designed/coded/installed the system, with questionable support documentation. Intermittent problems may be hard to identify or reproduce for trouble shooting and resolution.

I finally got into EES. The problem seems to come from getting all of the DOD certificates to download correctly on the computer. I had to redo this time after time until it finally worked. I've got it running on the Windows 10 system but haven't tried to fix it yet on my windows vista computer.

After corrections are made, return with. all signatures in proper sequence). Signatures were removed in the correct order. All other changes could be made. 8. What is "EES" on my AKO? - rallypoint.com

    www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-is-ees-on-my-ako

It's the Evaluation Entry System and allows one to create OERs and NCOERs. Just speculating here, but I think it's a mistake. I have it on my page, too, and I'm pretty sure it's not a tool we SPCs need access to yet. Also, the startup page for EES says that it will be down for maintenance tomorrow, so maybe they're trying to fix it.

  9. Understanding the new NCOER - RallyPoint

    www.rallypoint.com/command-post/understanding-the-new-ncoer

By now everybody involved should have received several LPDs, or briefings, on the new NCOER. Most people understand where the Army is going with this new, improved evaluation system, but there are some people out there who are resistant to change and simply don’t like it. I believe that most of the people who haven’t bought into this yet simply do not understand why it was implemented and ...

  10. How do I access my past NCOERs? - RallyPoint

    www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-i-access-my-past-ncoers

They're in your OMPF. EES is where your NCOER support form is created and where you will create the NCOERs of the Soldiers you will rate, also where you will sign your own NCOER when it's time. Once you sign the NCOER and submit it and it gets sent to HRC it is no longer an active NCOER so you can't view it. Vote up. (8)

1SG (Join to see) the guidance about this issue came out in an ALARC message. All passing APFT scores are valid until March 2022. If a service member took the APFT 18 months ago, and passed, it's valid. However, in the NCOER the date is PASS, and the date is "9999." Comments for the APFT are no longer required until March 2022.
