EES NCOER Troubleshooting. I'm working on an NCOER and the ACFT drop down isn't showing Pass, it shows pregnant post-partum and NO ACFT as options. Is there a reason for this? What do I do to fix it? Have you tried going straight to evaluations.hrc.army.mil? The HRC website was down last well, but EES was still up. EES usually has a published maintenance schedule over, which is over weekends. Long-term support may or may not be by the same individuals that designed/coded/installed the system, with questionable support documentation.
