I used this because parts of the film were dramatized, such as the fact that Lana and Brandon continued dating after Lana discovered he was actually biologically a female. In the film, their relationship is actually stregnethed after this is discovered, arguably while the real Lana only continued seeing Brandon as a friends and strictly that.
