Welcome, is an unincorporated community in southeastern Hillsborough County, Florida, United States, located a quarter mile south of Lithia-Pinecrest Road (Hillsborough County Road 640), two miles east of Pinecrest. Most of the town lies along or just to the west of Keysville Road (County Road 676).

Limona was an unincorporated community in Hillsborough County, Florida. It existed by that name from about 1876 to about the 1963, when it became part of the unincorporated town of Brandon, Florida .
In 1987 the City of St. Petersburg leased the land to Hillsborough County for "passive natural resource-based recreation". However, the park did not open until 1999, when the Hillsborough County Commissioners provided the park with an operating budget. The official opening was in March 2000. [2]
