Milton High School ( MHS) is a public four-year high school located in Milton, Florida. [2] Milton High School was established in 1915 making it the oldest school in Santa Rosa County. The original campus was built on Canal Street in Milton, FL and held classes there until it moved to its current location on Stewart Street in 1953.
Its parent organization is the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC). Founded in 1948, the ISL sponsors competitions in twenty-five sports. The ISL hosts some of the nation's oldest high school athletic rivalries, including Milton-Nobles and Groton-St. Mark's, both of which date back to 1886.

History. Milton High School opened in 1921 in Alpharetta, Georgia, providing grades one to eleven for all of Milton County. In the 1950s, an elementary school was built, with Milton High School then providing only grades eight through twelve. In the 1980s, the school became Fulton County's first comprehensive high school.
