Hi Guys, I'm just trying to get an idea on service quality and customer service quality of Rackspace at the current moment in 2024-2025 Specifically in terms of cost as well for Virtual Dedicated Servers. Also keep in mind that Rackspace is a much larger player in the Cloud hosting space than Google and Microsoft. Cloud Sites is the largest platform-as-a-service Cloud at the moment, roughly double the size of Google AppEngine and Amazon doesn't even have a platform Cloud.
The latest on this is this Rackspace project has been placed temporarily on hold because of the Rackspace Hosted Exchange issue from Dec 2022. With all that pretty much being resolved, the focus (for the most part) will return to the conversion from Rackspace Email to Rackspace Open Xchange (OX). The OX system is an outstanding platform.

Many subdomains of Amazon, The Rackspace Cloud are not known to the public, like - help.websitesettings.com is not known to you.
