In 1992, Quorum Health Group purchased it, renaming it Park Medical Center. The Ohio State University (OSU) acquired it for about $13 million in 1999.
They converted the property to the Sheraton Columbus Hotel at Capitol Square [3] and undertook a year-long $9.5 million renovation, completed in January 2013.
