To be honest, am more then a little puzzled how you had <Outlook Express> (OE) working on your Win 10 system. OE hasn't been available since Win 'XP was discontinued. There is no download or install option for OE for Win10 (or any O/S after Win'XP for that matter). Are you sure that you were actually using OE and not a version of Windows Live Mail.

You don't. OE has never been a standalone e-mail client. You are asking this in an XP forum. Do you have XP? If you do, you have Outlook Express. If you are using XP, what is your issue with OE? If you can't find OE, perhaps this will help. Right click on the Desktop | New | Shortcut. Browse to *c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe*.

Then import by Outlook.

If you are unable to see the emails then i suggest you to access the outlook.com through Internet Explorer and check whether you see all your emails.
