Brewster Lurton Kahle (/ keɪl / KAYL; [4] born October 21, 1960) [2] is an American digital librarian, [5] computer engineer, Internet entrepreneur, and advocate of universal access to all knowledge. In 1996, Kahle founded the Internet Archive and co-founded Alexa Internet. In 2012, he was inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame.
