Hi there. For the last 2 or 3 days I can no longer open my email messages from my Outlook Inbox on my laptop, which has Windows 10. I can see the new/unread emails in the Inbox but when I click on any of them the Inbox goes blank and the message just won't open. Also, my name is no longer displayed in the top right corner of the Outlook page.

I have had this problem on and off for the past 6 months approx. Sometimes, when I log into my hotmail account and my inbox pops up, I can no longer navigate the site. So I cannot move between folders or delete emails, and most importantly I cannot open emails. I can see them listed in my inbox but cannot leave the inbox page.
In reply to one_o_six's post on September 11, 2015. When you setup a Microsoft account using another email address, no emails are received in the Microsoft account Inbox. You have access to OneDrive, People, and other Microsoft services. Emails to an email address will only be received by one server.
I really do appreciate your time. Thankfully, the Windows app works well enough to allow me to check my email and respond. The only issue I am running into is that my contacts do not automatically pop up when I begin typing in an email address. I can live with that in the short-term. I tried the app on my phone and it will not work.
