The Linq. The Linq (formerly Flamingo Capri, Imperial Palace and The Quad) is a casino hotel on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment. It opened as the Flamingo Capri on October 30, 1959, on property located directly north of the original Flamingo resort.
O'Sheas Casino. O'Sheas Casino is an Irish-themed casino located within The Linq Promenade, an outdoor entertainment district on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada.
