To be honest, I'm not aware if the Application Layer Gateway service requires Internet access or not. It is used by the Windows Firewall, which should be off with OneCare on and also works with Internet Connection Sharing. So, if you are using Internet Connection Sharing, I suspect that it would need network access, at the very least.-steve

This issue is driving us crazy - using the CRM adapter in BizTalk to null an attribute of the Contact entity in CRM 4.0.
