Murder of Chi Tue Tiong. On 28 June 2003, 68-year-old Chi Tue Tiong (徐亚畅 Xú Yàchàng), a caretaker of one of the rental apartments in Geylang, was murdered by a couple who rented one of the rooms of the apartment.
