I just received my Army Reserve IRR records with my name change from NARA. I was informed on the Cover Letter, we do not receive DD 214's at all. I filed for my DD 214 online through eVETRECS for name change, have a link to download all documents from the Army Reserve IRR. Best of luck and thank you for your Service.
