    I've had an ARRL (Ham radio) email address that goes to my gmail for many years. There is no place to log onto ARRL to SEE the email, but the address can be used transparently. It's basically a "vanity" email address. I don't see why the Army couldn't have done the same for retirees.

    Go to Internet Options, click on Advanced tab and scroll down to Security. Verify the following are checked: Use TLS 1.0. Use TLS 1.1. Use TLS 1.2. Uncheck: Use SSL 3.0 ! If they are not then check them and click apply. Close the browser and open a new, then try to open the site.
