I realize that you want to know if you can add your Gmail account with IMAP setting on Outlook.com. Hi. I am trying to add a second email account (hello@ as well as my name @) to outlook that I can both send and receive emails from. However all the instructions online are for installed versions of Outlook. I am using the business basic version of 365 and don't have access to the installed versions and the headings and menus are different.
From above all mentioned images, I am guessing that you are using outlook webmail (outlook.office365/mail/). So, f or using My Templates in Outlook Webmail, first you need to add that option from Get Add-ins in Outlook Webmail. hello, this is Greg. I am not sure if this particular discussion provides me with a solution to my problem. I would like to archive or save or copy or backup my all web based Outlook.com email contained in my created folders so that I can transfer and access them on a new computer.
I simply want to import all my mail from Gmail and other accounts to Outlook inbox, and forward future email to Outlook inbox as well. I'm using either a free Outlook.com account and a free Gmail.com account. I want to do it using Outlook Web App, since I don't own any Office 365 licence - nor Outlook for Windows, of course. Is it possible?

First of all, I couldn't find a specific category/topic for Outlook Web Access, please move the question to a better place, if any. On OWA, the built in "Unread" filter only shows messages under the current folder. Is there a way to include sub-folders? Is there a search keyword for unread (similar to OWA's has:attachments and like gmail's is ...
Dear S Richards, Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community. Based on your question title and your question category, it seems that you are using Outlook on the web, but through your description(I closed the app and reopened it and tried again), it seems that you are using Outlook client.
Also, I have changed my Microsoft account password and can log into my Microsoft account, but not the web app outlook.com. I do not have a personal account for Office 365, so my only access to my outlook.com email account is through the web account. :-(Something went wrong. Access is denied.
