Hi , we ran into an issue with a couple of users using (The new outlook) where they need to manually click on View>Sync to see the new incoming emails OR they need to search for the email Item to see it, after the manual syncing the email shows in their inbox.

What worked for me was deleting the new Outlook's executable ("olk.exe") from "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.OutlookForWindows". Once it's gone, it can't forcibly launch anymore when you open Windows Mail.
