Wellington is a village just west of West Palm Beach in Palm Beach County and 66 mi (106 km) north of Miami.It is part of the Miami metropolitan area and the fifth largest municipality in Palm Beach County by population.
Wellington is located at the intersection of State Routes 18 and 58. [7] According to the United States Census Bureau , the village has a total area of 3.89 square miles (10.08 km 2 ), of which 3.60 square miles (9.32 km 2 ) is land and 0.29 square miles (0.75 km 2 ) is water.
