In the table in the section 'Full Universities and Colleges', there are only 2 public universities - NTU and NUS. At the bottom of the table however, it is stated that 'There will be a fourth public university'. The third public university has gone unstated in the article. As of 2018, it is the only university to be located in the eastern part of Singapore. Through an open selection process, SUTD appointed DP Architects Pte.
