Raja Muzaffar was born in 1505, the son of Mahmud Shah of Malacca and Putri Onang Kening, daughter of Mansur Shah of Kelantan. Early life and education. Raja Yussuf was born on 15 January 1890 at Bukit Chandan, Kuala Kangsar, Perak. He was the eldest son of Sultan Abdul Jalil Nasiruddin Mukhataram Shah.
