If you forget to hit Exit, you can always click back in and click Exit which will unlock it. You also don't have to unsign in reverse order if you are going to remove all the signatures from an evaluation. It just ends up requiring you to use the Signature Removal Tool if you go out of order. 5. Critical-Fix-9333.
EES NCOER Troubleshooting. I'm working on an NCOER and the ACFT drop down isn't showing Pass, it shows pregnant post-partum and NO ACFT as options. Is there a reason for this? What do I do to fix it? It’s because they have to change the regulations first before they can update the form. It’s stupid.
They're in your OMPF. EES is where your NCOER support form is created and where you will create the NCOERs of the Soldiers you will rate, also where you will sign your own NCOER when it's time. Once you sign the NCOER and submit it and it gets sent to HRC it is no longer an active NCOER so you can't view it. Vote up. (8)

Yes they do get removed eventually. They should be on your iperms, check there. Check your iPerms. If you're talking about an evaluation where you are the rated individual, EES only has your active ones, yes. Your older ones would be in iPERMS, as u/Travyplx and u/dsbwayne have already pointed out.
No coverage for your time in the IRR, that is what HRC considers an "acceptable gap" and won't be covered. (3) Gaps in a Soldier’s evaluation history may occur for various reasons. A majority of these gaps are acceptable, while others are unacceptable. (a) Acceptable gaps between OERs or NCOERs include periods when a Soldier was….
I was in EES today on a personal laptop - no problems. I have to use DS Log On for HRC and MilConnect. CAC never works for me on those sites. I got to the site (but didn't login) There is a message saying DS login is messed up. If you're using DS login, you can call the DMD 800-368-3665. I've been trying to fix a returned NCOER and edit some of ...
