Route description. Interstate 5 is the second-longest freeway in Oregon, at 308 miles (496 km), and is the only Interstate to traverse the state from north to south. The highway connects several of the state's largest metropolitan areas, which lie in the Rogue and Willamette valleys, and passes through counties with approximately 81 percent of Oregon's population.
Hayward Field is a track and field stadium in the Northwestern United States, located on the campus of the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. [1] It has been the home of the university's track and field teams since 1921, and was the on-campus home of the varsity football team from 1919 through 1966. [2]
