Catasauqua Area School District is a school district spanning portions of two counties in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. In Lehigh County, it covers the boroughs of Catasauqua and Hanover Township.
Catasauqua High School is the only high school in the Catasauqua Area School District. The school district also includes Catasauqua Middle School, which serves grades 5 through 8, and Francis H. Sheckler Elementary School, which serves kindergarten through fourth grade.
Catasauqua is served by the Catasauqua Area School District and maintains three public schools: Sheckler Elementary (grades k-4), Catasauqua Middle School (grades 5-8), and Catasauqua High School (grades 9-12). The district also serves parts of Hanover Township and North Catasauqua .
In 1913, North Catasauqua School District razed the four-room Allen Township schoolhouse so that a new one could be built. The new school building housed grades 1-8 and featured, what were at the time, state-of-the-art amenities. After a merger of North Catasauqua and Catasauqua school districts in 1953, the school housed elementary grades 1-6 until June 1972.

Depending on the location of their home, students in kindergarten through grade four attend either: Evergreen Elementary School, Dr. Cleveland Steward, Jr. Elementary School, Ramsey Elementary School, or University Park Elementary School.
