BLUF Sometimes people are the issue, sometimes it's the system. Check MyPay. You should have a reserve CAC if you don't, get one. If the issue is that you still show as Active you will need to submit your DD4 to your admin personnel so they can submit a manual TL.

Pick up phone. Call Finance. Call Wells-Fargo. Repeat steps 5 & 6 as needed. It really really depends on what happened on a few different fronts. Tl;dr: you should have waited for the pay to be deposited into new account before closing old account. It will take you some time before you see any missing funds.

Your mid-month summary statement is available about a week before the mid-month payment (only states what you'll receive and where it'll be sent). Mid-month summary statements are overwritten by your LES at the end of the month.
