So I know P&A offices are still uploading records slowly, but just want to figure out what’s missing. I have OERs, 3307’s, and DD-214’s currently in my iPERMS. What else should be in there? I’ve looked through the CGMHRR manual, COMDTINST 1080.10 (series), but it doesn’t actually list all the types of documents that should be included.
There's a mandatory and secondary document list on HRC that explains what should be uploaded to IPERMS. Foreign awards has been the cert and GO approval letter which usually included a 4187. Annual records review was when I had both my award cert, 638's etc etc added along with any other training certs I accumulated throughout the year.
Soldier Access to iPERMS Soldiers can view their Army Military Human Resource Record (AHMRR) through iPERMS. Soldiers do not need to complete a DD Form 2875 to request access. Soldiers can proceed directly to the iPERMS website. If you do not have access to a CAC enabled computer, you can access your record from the HRC Portal: https://www ...
Has anyone run across an issue with iPerms where login with CAC works all seems to work fine and when you attempt to enter your records a pop-up shows up saying: Personnel Error: No Record Found. No record found for UNKNOWN, or you do not have permissions to view this record. I reached out to iPerms, they didn't help, I reached out to my unit's ...

Sort by: [deleted] • 2 yr. ago. It seems like the intent was for IPPS-A to do everything “automatically” (the word everyone keeps using) so that the Army could cut 70% of 42A and 42B Soldiers and reassign them as something else. However, IPPS-A appears as though it can’t even allow you to login without the corresponding server catching ...
No idea why. As for the ERB, that’s most likely an issue as we migrate to IPPS-A. We (the army as a whole including NG and Reserves), have roughly 200 systems that feed into Emilpo and many don’t talk to each other. The idea of IPPS-A is to remove all these separate, old, outdated, and legacy systems and have one source for everything.
Select "My Profile" on the left hand menu. Scroll down until you see awards. 2. Share. Consistent_Agency_36. • 6 mo. ago. FYSA. Unless an award was submitted via ipps-a since February and approved, or is a standard award (AFRAM/ARCAM/GCM) it won’t automatically get added to your ipps-s profile/STP. A lot of data from eSRB didn’t transfer ...
Not doing that is a false official statement that will land you with another field grade. Never lie about it if asked about it specifically or your conduct/record integrity in general, but never volunteer that it happened either. This is the most correct-ish answer. My article 15 was about 2 years ago and I got demoted.
