Feb 23, 2023 208842. You can access MED365 webmail by following this link: https://portal.apps.mil/. You will need a CAC (Common Access Card) to access it. You'll need to login with your @health.mil email. This will not work on personal computers unless you're logged into the WRNMMC network via VPN or AVHE.
