Rush–Henrietta Senior High School - James E. Sperry Building, located in Henrietta, New York, also referred to as Rush–Henrietta Senior High School, R-H and Sperry High School, is the only high school in the Rush-Henrietta Central School District. As of the 2021–22 school year, the principal is Dr. Timothy Shafer.
The roadway was dedicated to the town of Henrietta, and although a proposal was made that would transfer maintenance of the highway to the New York State Department of Transportation, it remains a town highway today. The 0.96-mile (1.54 km) long former routing of NY 253 on Erie Station Road became NY 943E, an unsigned reference route.

The Lehigh Valley Railroad built the station in 1905 but stopped using the station for passenger service in the 1950s. Later the station was used as a bus terminal and then as a night club.

Andrew Short House (originally listed as the Florendin Feasel House) is a historic home located at Henrietta, Monroe County, New York. It was built about 1855, and is a two-story, front gabled frame dwelling with two single-story rear additions. It is of vertical wood plank construction and one of a few surviving farm houses from the 19th century.
