Here is a fix for those of you who cannot get ITunes to load on Windows 10. It seems the Microsoft store version is junk and doesn't install a full version. Only a partial (Restrictions Tab). I wondered why it only took 15 seconds to install. Go to this link and download an older version from Apple, install it.

Storage settings shows iTunes App is taking up by far the biggest amount of space. Can't find any iTunes folder on my PC drive with this much content. I deliberately moved my iTunes library to an external hard drive. In that, the iTunes folder has over 100 GB of music files so doesn't look like it's any sort of copy or backup.

Under the Compatibility tab, check the box next to Run This Program in Compatibility Mode. Select Windows 8 and click Apply. Click OK to save the changes. See if it works now. Update iTunes.
