    The NBC is basically a glorified service center. It's also known as the Missouri Service Center. It and the other service centers process things that don't require interviews. Sometimes the NBC can do initial processing of an application that requires an interview, and later pass it on to a field office for the next steps.

    Gotcha, again on my receipt notice on the I-130 it states national Benefit center, my state is Pennsylvania.     Did you file EB3. I had filed EB2 and it is stuck in Texas Service Center from May 2020. The only update I have is "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" in July2020. What is your current case status for I-485? My friends who filed after me, and it routed them to National Benefit Center, they already have a Greencard by now
