Mustafa Taher Kasubhai (born 1970) [1] is an American lawyer who has served as a United States magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Oregon since 2018. He is the first Muslim to serve as a federal judge in the United States. Kasubhai previously served as a judge on the Lane County Circuit Court from 2007 to 2018.
