The McMorran and Washburne Department Store Building, also known as the Tiffany Building, is a four-story commercial structure in Eugene, Oregon, in the United States. The original two-story building was constructed in 1902 by Nels Roney as a dry goods store owned by former Eugene mayor J. H. McClung.
It is now the only two-story false-fronted commercial building in Eugene, and therefore the only representative of the style which dominated Oregon's commercial wooden architecture during the 19th century. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. As of 2021, it houses a massage center and a cafe.
Sam C. Bond was the grandson of Eugene-area pioneers Allen and Rachel Bond, owners of a 320-acre donation land claim awarded in 1853 on the current site of the Eugene Airport.
