Infor Workforce Management (WFM) is a web-based application that can be accessed on any computer at any time at https://wfm.app.vumc.org. Since 2006, VandyWorks has been the scheduling system utilized by nursing and many non-nursing departments across all entities at VUMC.

Beginning in May, VUMC will begin to automatically migrate VUMC owned devices to Windows 11. The migration will be completed by June 2025 as Windows 10 will no longer be supported.

The URL to access Workday is www.myworkday.com/vumc/login.htmld. Employees should bookmark this URL for future use. Employees who use a VUMC IT-managed clinical or administrative workstation can also access Workday from the icon that is available on their desktops.
Timekeeping information will flow between Kronos and Workday. Kronos training is available in the Learning Exchange and has been assigned to hourly employees and timekeepers. Current Vandyworks users will continue to use that system for scheduling and requesting PTO. Vandyworks will also feed data into Workday.
