I´ve set up an iCloud+ Custom Email Domain with Apple and I wanted to use the custom domain also on the Outlook App for Windows, where my @icloud.com email address is also set up. The customer email domain works at icloud.com and also via the mail app for apple, I can send and receive mails from and to the domain.

The old Outlook client seems to work and all iCloud calendar events were synched ok and one could see them from Outlook. I found a workaround though. I have tried to add my sons icloud email account to my windows mail app and keep getting a 'Setting out of date message' I did look on the community page for some help in trying to resolve this issue. However, the main suggestion that seems to have worked for a few people is referring to a 2 step identification which he doesn't have switched on.
For instance, I currently have two emails in my inbox in New Outlook from today, and then nothing else between then and June 2019. I've used the iCloud plugin in Outlook for many years. Today, I was setting up a new Windows 11 PC with Outlook365. I successfully downloaded the iCloud software, logged in, and completed the Outlook setup. From the iCloud app, it said everything was successfully installed in Outlook. I then opened Outlook and iCloud isn't anywhere to be seen.
