Yes, I can login from incognito, however I don't feel this is a solution. I can probably clear cookies for now, but I don't think you should redirect forcefully to a 3rd party Microsoft partner just because I logged in there once .

Instead of logging in through the outlook app. I went through the iphone settings for the email to add another account. Instead of choosing outlook, choose microsoft exchange. Type in email and then It will bring you to the go daddy login. Then it will finally move forward after you login on the go daddy page.
