So I know P&A offices are still uploading records slowly, but just want to figure out what’s missing. I have OERs, 3307’s, and DD-214’s currently in my iPERMS. What else should be in there? I’ve looked through the CGMHRR manual, COMDTINST 1080.10 (series), but it doesn’t actually list all the types of documents that should be included.

There's a mandatory and secondary document list on HRC that explains what should be uploaded to IPERMS. Foreign awards has been the cert and GO approval letter which usually included a 4187. Annual records review was when I had both my award cert, 638's etc etc added along with any other training certs I accumulated throughout the year.

  7. S1 people, what’s the deal with iperms/emilpo? : r/army - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/nq9mut/s1_people_whats_the_deal_with_ipermsemilpo

IPERMS we have very little control over. We “upload” the documents, but really we send it to someone else and they add it. Removing documents is either someone else doing it or a system issue. I’ve ended up with other peoples documents in my files and sent the notice and even that often doesn’t get done.

It seemed to have dropped off after I got my new NCOER. I have a copy of all my NCOERs minus that one. Is there anyway to retrieve it or am I out of luck if it’s not in IPERMs
