Holiday schedules are available 7 days before and after a holiday. If your next pickup falls on a holiday, check for a possible change to your service day or time: Log in to My WM. Upcoming holidays will appear in the My WM dashboard up to 7 days before and 7 days after a holiday.
Garbage, recycling and yard waste are NOT collected on these holidays: Memorial Day. Independence Day (July 4) Labor Day. Christmas Day. Thanksgiving. New Years Day. If your regular collection day falls on one of these holidays your service will be delayed one day.

To view your pickup schedule, simply click on My WM from the menu and either log in or continue as a guest. From the My WM Dashboard, go to My Services. Pickup Schedule will be displayed, along with the next pickup date, holiday schedule, and other service requests.
Holiday Schedules. All other holidays will not affect your collection schedule. Weekday holidays will delay collection by one day for the remainder of the week. For example, if a holiday falls on a Thursday, Thursday customers will be collected on Friday and Friday customers will be collected on Saturday.
Observed Holidays. New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day ; When your collection falls on or after one of these holidays, your pick-up will be one day late during the week. Yard Waste. Waste Management will pick up yard waste starting April 1 through the second full week of December. Collection Day
Check for holidays that may affect your service. When the holiday falls on a weekday, collection will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week. For example if the holiday falls on a Thursday your service will be on Friday and Friday service will be on Saturday.
Waste & Recycling Holiday Schedule – For Residential. If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, trash will be collected on your normal collection day with no delays to your pickup. If the holiday falls during the work week, collection for the remainder of the week will be postponed by one day.
