    Posted >1 y ago. SFC Grudzinski is on point, there are no more promotion points per say for SR NCO board. With that being said, Military Schooling and College will be the determining factor for promotion to E7 and above. This is where you need to focus for these grades as the SR NCO promotions are few and far inbetween.

    ALMS isn't a course catalog itself, but rather a system where you take the courses you registered for via ATRRS. However, I think the majority of the courses that used to be on ALMS have since migrated to Blackboard (Google Army Blackboard). The BLUF is that the system will go online soonish and you should complete courses by 22 March or it will not transfer over. ALMS is expected to shutdown the last week of March or into early April. ATIS “should” be live around early April.
