Cedar Hill Collegiate High School (also known as CHCHS) is an early college high school that gives students the opportunity to finish high school while receiving an associates degree (60 college credits). Collegiate opened in 2008 and graduated its first class of seniors in 2012. The campus has an "A" rating from the TEA in 2018-2019.

Cedar Hill ISD was established in 1904, with just one campus, when it enacted a special school tax per new law. The District counted 273 students in 1922–23. In the 1930s, the first Parent Teacher's Association was organized, and Mrs. Haswell was the first president. Bray Elementary was the District's original Elementary campus.
