According to a table updated to January 2018, produced by the Netherlands-based KPMG, one of the world's Big Four auditors, the corporate tax rate in Canada was 26.50% compared to 27% in the United States. KPMG calculated the Canadian corporate tax by adding the federal and provincial tax components. The federal component is 15%.
