Arlington ISD. Arlington Independent School District or Arlington ISD is a school district based in Arlington, Texas ( USA ). The Arlington Independent School District covers the majority of Arlington and much of the Tarrant County portion of Grand Prairie. The district serves the entirety of the small towns of Pantego and Dalworthington Gardens.
The university traces its roots back to the opening of Arlington College in September 1895. Arlington College was established as a private school for primary through secondary level students, equivalent to the modern 1st to 10th grades.
