Master of Science in Human Resources Management

The Master's in Human Resources Management at Northeastern University is not only designed to prepare students to make the connection between an organization’s strategy and its people, but it is specifically focused on connecting HR to the forces in technology, both by teaching students to use new tech being adopted by HR professionals and by understanding how the impact of technology is changing what work means at a profound level.
 
In this program, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Select a concentration that aligns with trends that are reshaping the human resources industry, including Digital HR, Artificial Intelligence for Human Resources, Global Talent Management, Project Management, Leadership, and Organizational Communication. Courses are available 100% online. 
  • Gain valuable hands-on experience through our experiential network, which gives you the opportunity to gain real-world experience and a competitive edge in the growing job market. This includes a virtual HR consulting project in the capstone course.
  • Become a part of the Northeastern Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Student Chapter at a discounted price which allows you access to endless amounts of HR materials, networking events, and more. 
  • Apply industry transfer credits towards your degree. Earn up to 6 quarter hours of transfer credit by applying your accreditation from SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or AIHR.
