Records physical production, inventory changes, and completes all process control and quality documentation as required. Performs routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs of process problems and breakdowns. Recommends, supports and helps implement plant continuous improvement projects and problem-solving efforts; develops an understanding of the plant's vision to meet business plan objectives. Load, unload, and inspect product. Conduct assigned housekeeping and quality tasks. Participates in plant teams. Works with a safety first mentality. Is flexible to work any shift assignment and overtime as needed. May at times be required to run multiple machines as necessary. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
