Music hello there so to use Google Forms to allow your students to check in and check out for documentation purposes from cosmetology first thing you're going to need to do is to create the Google Form so to do that you can go to drivegooglecom and if you look on the far right you should see that you are logged in with your Manor ISD address you'll see our banner over there and then if you would go to the far left and underneath the drive symbol click new, and then you're going to go down to where it says Moore and you're going to click on Google Forms now the default here looks like it's going to be purple, so you can change the colors and whatnot by clicking on the customize the theme, and you can change the color, or you could actually go up here, and they have some images already created for you and so you can choose one of those I don't know let's see if we can find something with a cosmetology feel, and you know what rather than that here's a nice butterfly, so we'll use that for now you can actually do custom banners too, but that's another video, so I'm going to go ahead and select and change the theme and that'll change this the color theme and also the picture up top now I'm going to go ahead and title this, and we're gonna title this we'll just say for now a cosmetology so yeah misty so once you've done that you can just do some simple questions here now one of the things that I was thinking about with this is you can actually if you click on settings you can actually collect email addresses, and you can restrict to users in the Manor independent school district but that the issue with that is then your students are going to have to be logging into their Google on the two iPads that you're going to have the Google Form on and that's then they're going to have to log out so that the next student's going to be able to log in, and I felt like that was going to be kind of onerous, so we're going to want to uncheck that box, and then we're not going to want to limit it to one response, and then you can choose to edit after some submission, or you can just leave it like that, and then I'm just going to go ahead and press save so for the first question you know I would do it you know last name, and then you see how it automatically changes over here destroy the answer you can click on that and choose paragraph multiple choice questions all that kind of stuff, so I'm going to do a short answer, and then I'm going to require this question and then let's say first name and then one thing that might be perfect for this you might even want to instead of doing last name and first name you might actually just want to create a question that is what's your student number because that's a unique identifier because what's going to happen here is once they have responses to this you'll have a Google sheet that'll have all this in it so something to think about would be student number there, and then I guess you were wanting to due to the time and the...

Sign in and out is a process of registering attendance at a place of work, school, or other organization. When signing in, a person typically notes their name, the time of arrival, and the purpose of their visit. When signing out, they often also note the time of departure.
Signing in and out is typically used to track attendance or to monitor access to a certain area. It can also be used to monitor when certain tasks are completed, or to help ensure that an employee is following their assigned schedule.
The deadline to file sign in and out in 2023 is December 31, 2023.
The specific individuals required to file sign-in and sign-out records may vary based on the context or the specific requirements of an organization. However, some common scenarios where sign-in and sign-out records are typically necessary include: 1. Employees: Many workplaces require employees to sign in and sign out to track attendance, working hours, and to ensure safety and security. 2. Visitors: In buildings or organizations with restricted access, visitors may be required to sign in and sign out to maintain accountability and security. 3. Students: Educational institutions often require students to sign in and sign out for various purposes, such as attendance tracking or for ensuring student safety. 4. Contractors and vendors: When external individuals or companies need access to a facility, they may be required to sign in and sign out to keep track of their activities and duration of their stay on-site. 5. Patients or clients: In healthcare settings or other service-based organizations, patients or clients may be required to sign in and sign out for appointments or visits. Again, it ultimately depends on the specific context and requirements of a particular organization or institution.
To fill out a sign-in and sign-out sheet, follow these steps: 1. Start by writing the date at the top of the sheet, preferably in a clear and readable format. 2. Write down the name or title of the sign-in/sign-out sheet, indicating the purpose or the name of the event or location. 3. Create columns with appropriate headers. Commonly, the columns will include the following information: - Name: Provide space for individuals to write their full name or initials. - Time In: Allocate space to record the exact time an individual signs in. - Time Out: Leave room for individuals to note the time they are signing out. - Comments (optional): You can allocate a column for individuals to provide any additional information or comments if needed. 4. Leave enough rows for each person to fill out their information. The number of rows will depend on how many people are expected to sign in or out. 5. Place the sign-in and sign-out sheet in a location where it is easily accessible to everyone who needs to fill it out. Consider using a clipboard or another appropriate method for ensuring the sheet remains secure and intact. 6. Instruct individuals to legibly print or write their full name in the "Name" column while signing in. 7. In the "Time In" column, individuals should indicate the exact time they arrive or sign in. 8. If the sign-out column is used, individuals should mark the time they leave or sign out in the "Time Out" column. 9. If there is an additional comments section, individuals can jot down any relevant notes or information they wish to share. 10. Ensure that individuals sign as they leave or sign out by reiterating the importance of completing the sheet accurately. 11. Regularly collect and review the sign-in/sign-out sheet to track attendance or monitor the comings and goings of individuals. By following these steps, you should be able to effectively fill out a sign-in and sign-out sheet.
The specific information that must be reported on sign in and out can vary depending on the context and purpose of the sign-in/sign-out process. However, some common information that may need to be reported includes: 1. Full name: Individuals are typically required to provide their full legal name to ensure accurate identification and record-keeping. 2. Date and time: The exact date and time of sign-in and sign-out are often recorded to track attendance, monitor work hours, or ensure compliance with scheduling requirements. 3. Purpose/destination: In some cases, individuals may need to specify their purpose or destination when signing in or out, for example, indicating which specific office or department they are visiting. 4. Contact information: Providing updated contact information, such as a phone number or email address, may be necessary for communication purposes or in case of emergencies. 5. Identification/reference number: Some sign-in/out systems may assign a unique identification or reference number to individuals. This helps in quickly locating their information and creating a traceable record. 6. Signature: Depending on the formality and context, a signature may be required as proof that the individual themselves signed in or out. 7. Visitor information: If someone is signing in as a visitor, additional details like the person or company being visited and any accompanying individuals may need to be reported. 8. Equipment/materials borrowed: In certain situations, individuals may have to report items they are borrowing or returning, such as tools, files, or equipment. It is essential to note that the specific information required may differ based on the organization, industry, or specific purpose of the sign-in/sign-out process.
The penalty for the late filing of sign in and out depends on the specific rules and regulations of the organization or workplace. In some cases, there may be a small monetary penalty or deduction from the person's salary for consistently late filing. In other cases, there may be a verbal warning or a written reprimand for repeated late filing. It is recommended to refer to the organization's policies or consult with a supervisor or human resources department to understand the specific penalties involved.
