The food was excellent, and everyone in the office enjoyed. The food was delivered in a timely manner, and actually arrived early. Would order from here again.

This was a stressful experience. The only redeeming things about this experience was how EZcater handled everything. I scheduled lunch to arrive at 11:45AM for a client presentation (15 people). The food did not arrive on time. I called EZcater and was on the phone with them for 30 minutes while they spoke to the restaurant to figure out the status of the food. I finally had to get off the phone with EZcater to make my client presentation; hoping the food was arrive. I finished my presentation at 1:00pm and the food still had not arrived. I called EZcater again asking about the status. A second call to the restaurant and the food was on the way. Turns out the food was not ready for the 1st delivery driver, so a 2nd driver was called out. The food arrived at 1:30PM for an 11:45AM delivery. The food had sauces on top instead of on the side, as requested. The ordeal was entirely on the restaurant, not the delivery drivers.
